Lanita Koppe is an accomplished broker associate and the dynamic team lead of the Koppe Group. A proud graduate of Brazosport High School in 1994, Lanita furthered her education at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management in 2002.
Lanita entered the real estate field in 2006 when she obtained her real estate license. She later enhanced her qualifications by achieving her broker’s license in 2022, further establishing her expertise in the industry. With a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market, Lanita has built a reputation for her dedication and professionalism.
Beyond her professional achievements, Lanita is a loving wife to Brandon Koppe and a devoted mother. She has one stepdaughter, Macy, and is especially proud of her two children, Ashley and Austin Perez, both licensed Texas realtors who contribute to the success of the Koppe Group.
