Beginning her career as the Marketing Manager for Port Freeport, a key Texas Gulf Coast public port authority, she honed her skills in managing high-stakes communications and community events such as the annual Port Freeport Take-A-Child Fishing Tournament. Her journey into commercial real estate as the Director of Marketing/Public Relations at Yancey-Hausman marked a turning point, where she led a comprehensive rebranding effort that solidified the company’s reputation as a premier leader in development, leasing, management, and sales of commercial properties in Houston and Austin.
As a consultant, she leveraged her expertise to guide Association Management Inc., the largest real estate association management company in Texas, in refining their marketing and public relations strategies.
Her role as Marketing Manager and mobile notary for Shawn, Black & Associates showcased her commitment to empowering local realtors with cutting-edge marketing strategies that propelled their business growth.
Her tenure as Regional Marketing Manager for Pacific Dental Services further expanded her influence, as she co-created and executed strategic online and community marketing initiatives for 87 dental offices across Texas and Louisiana.
In 2020, she and her husband launched Coastal Dreams, a residential handyman and painting business dedicated to preparing homes for the real estate market, whether for lease or sale.
Currently, she is immersed in mastering the Brazoria County coastal real estate market! She is very involved in the community and serves as Treasurer of the Hide-A-Way on the Gulf Property Owners Association. She organizes volunteer events and supports her neighbors with all home renovation projects or real estate and tax projects.
